Is my barred rock a cockerel?

Week old, sexed by tsc as female but I suspect it's a roo. Spunky personality, very adventurous and super eager to fly. What do you think?

I know, but I guess I'm looking for input on which is more likely - I don't want to get any more attached if I'm not going to be able to keep a boy

I have a Dominique chick which shares some of the same physical characteristics of a barred rock and the first thing I have been told is the head spot being large means male and a more narrow spot means female.

It doesn't really look like a barred rock to me, tbh. I'm not sure what it is but it looks off for that breed.
