Is my barred rock a rooster???

Its about 23 weeka old.. Its never crowed.. I have another rooster and it doesn't try to dominate him.. Please don't tell me this is a rooster! It will be 3 out of the 5 chicks I raised that will end up being roosters

Thank you for responding.. Why hasn't he crowed yet?? The other one I had started crowing a month ago.. Same age

Dominance. He may be the submissive bird and doesn't crow for that reason. But he is 110% rooster.

rooster, younger roos generally won't crow in the presence of an Alpha roo - or they would get the stuffings knocked out of them.
