She has been around a male cat and is around 7 months old. I hope she isn’t pregnant, I don’t think she is just want to make sure. Her nipples aren’t that enlarged or anything.

As long as you don't see, darkened nipples, odd behavior, swollen belly, and nesting activity she is probably fine. Has she been in heat recently?
I do not know if she has ever been in heat. She is an outdoor cat, and she hardly comes out of the heated house. It might be because it is really cold outside lately. I let her inside when it is really cold out, she usually doesn’t want to be around me too much, but lately she has.

A female cat can get more friendly than usual right before going into heat.

I've got a cat that had her first heat around 5 months old, and I've read of some cats that started even younger and others that waited until they were much older--so she's certainly old enough that she COULD go into heat, or could already be pregnant, but it's not a certain thing either way.

If you don't want kittens, I suggest you make an appointment to get her spayed as soon as possible. If she is pregnant, the vet should be able to tell that by examining her, and can then advise what to do.

Over the internet, we probably can't be more accurate than "she might be pregnant, but she might not be."

Agreed. I suggest a vet appointment.

Is she fixed? Is the male cat fixed?

They are both not fixed. I do not want to fix her because I do not want to risk anything happening. The male cat is getting fixed soon.

Yup the vet is the only one that can tell you for sure.
She and the male are not fixed the male is getting fixed soon. I do not think she has gone into heat yet, so she might be soon then. I can see if I can bring her to the vet.

Just wanted to add here: At 7 months old she is very much still a baby herself. It can be really dangerous to her and the kittens if she is indeed pregnant. Please get her spayed as soon as possible. It can also prevent pyometra, which is often a fatal uterine infection in female cats.
