Is my Cayuga ill? :(

Hello over the past 6 months my Cayuga has developed a weird bulb under her neck.
Is she sick? She eats and moves around with the gaggle just fine.
Help please

If you look at the skin under the feathers there is it totally normal? Does it look/feel like this lump is inside the skin or on the outside? How does the lump feel, squishy or firm?

It almost looks like pendulous crop. If not a crop condition is could be something like a fatty tumor.

It does Look like she’s having problems with her crop.

Is the lump firm, soft, or does it feel like it might have air or water in it?

Is a vet an option?
