Is my chick sick?

My 2 months old rooster has been drooping intestinal shed a lot. He is eating and drinking water. Water is coming out of his peck when drinking water which I'm confused if its normal. He has red parts in his feet. Today in the morning was the first time I've heard him roasting. He is very active which I can't tell if he is sick.

Get him started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution. Dosage is 9.5ml per gallon of water for 5-7 days.
