Is my chick sick?

I’ve only had chickens for about 18 months. They have never been sick before. My Orpington is only 6 months old.
Is this fowl pox?

Your photo focused on the bars of the cage, not on the bird.
Can you take some photos that are more clear and concentrate on just the head area, then post those?
