Is my chick sick?

hey, I'm fairly new to chickendom. I have three chickens now for about a year and a half, but recently picked up 4 more this year. @ Gray Bantoms, and 2 silkies. One of the Silkies , born just before Easter, has crusted over eyes, and is pretty lathargic. Seems to be "sneezing" often, also......any comments, suggestions???? I've just seperated her from the rest, and trying to keep her eyes clean.

You will need to separate immediately ... Antibiotics may be necessary...does she also have respiratory symptoms? Put electroytes in the waterer to prevent dehydration as she will probably not be drinking sufficiently.
