What color eggs will she lay
White..a good indicator of egg color is the color of their ears...if they're white they lay white eggs, if they're red they lay brown eggs...this works most of the time except when you have a blue egg gene thrown in there...then you don't know the color until they lay...lol

It's true that it is a good indicator in purebred birds like this Leghorn, but be cautious about it in other cases: there is no actual genetic correlation. They were deliberately bred that way.
There are exceptions[Dorkings for example, they have red lobes and lay white eggs], and it would not be a good indicator in a mixed breed at all.

Ah, okay. The reason I asked is because consuming those plants/seeds will make your urine and sweat smell like maple syrup. Other than that, I have no idea. Side-note…I saw your hometown is listed as Hanford, CA. My husband is from there! We live in NC now because he is stationed here with the Marine Corps.=) Small world.
