Is my chicken fat?

And what is this big bump of feathers above her tail feathers that makes her look like she’s wearing a bustle?

Brahmas are big, solidly-built girls with thick, fluffy feathers.

When I had a Brahma rooster for my in-town flock I noticed that all my non-Brahma girls had considerable rooster-wear but the Brahma ladies' thick saddle feathers cushioned them from the effects of being loved by the LARGE Brahma rooster. :)

Some photos of my former and current Brahma ladies:

We can’t tell from looking at her feathers.
She looks like a perfectly normal Brahma hen.
Different breeds will look and be different. She will weigh more than, say, a white leghorn because her breed is meant to be puffier and bigger.
What do you feed her?
Those feathers are normal. They’re called saddle feathers if you want to be specific.
Organic scratch and peck layer feed, organic corn ,mealworms & whatever bugs or worms they eat out free ranging.
