A little hard to interpret your question. Is your bird sick, or you asking along the lines if she's carrying salmonella is that bad?
A considerate amount of birds contain salmonella in their systems, that is why it's often a good idea, especially with immunocompromised people to practice hygiene when around them. Chickens themselves seldom are affected by the bacteria unless there is a compromisation in the system that allows the bacteria to flourish. For example, young chicks suffering from unabsorbed yolks sac, may develop salmonella infections.
In ideal conditions, it's not something you need to worry too much about.
