Is my chicken sick, how to tell?

hello is my chicken sick? she is like sitting and her comb is very pale aside she is not eating or being active like before. How do I know if She will make the other 3 sick also? here is a picture.

help please.

Any more details, age, poo type, runny nose, sounds when breathing, has she been wormed, does she lay or stopped laying, etc.. The more information you can provide will help others in giving suggestions.

Well, she has runny poop but not always sometimes it's normal. no runny nose, no weird sounds, we just got her 2 weeks ago and her previouse owner said she layed every day but since she was brought in .. nothing. I should mention she used live in a warmer side of the country same as our frizzle who adapted and laid her first egg a week after she came. Basically odd that she sits around. Wormed, I don't think so, guess it would be a good place to start.
