Is My Chicken Sick?!?!?! Please Help

my chickens got taken a few weeks or months ago, but a few days before they left.. one got hit in the face by something

and started sneezing! please is this chicken sick?

Umm, I'm a little confused as to why you're asking this far from when it happened. Do you still have contact with whomever has them? Is the bird still sneezing?

If its sneezing because it got hit in the face, then its sneezing because it got hit in the face. Its possible for injury related infection to set in, but that would be difficult to tell without contact with the bird to assess what's going on.
