my chicken has a more hi piched voice than ussual. is that normal???

Is she eating, drinking and pooping ok? Is she acting differently (feathers fluffed, keeping to herself, etc.)? If she's of laying age, is she laying same as usual?

More information would be helpful. Hopefully, all is ok.

Has she been more vocal than usual? I actually started a thread about one of my chickens ‘losing her voice’ because I could not find any information about it on line and yes, it can happen. Note: I am not ruling out an issue, just providing an alternative suggestion:
