Is my chicken sick?

It's like one of the experts said here early on, it is impossible to diagnose over the internet. People are giving you their best guesses and suggestions, you have to try a few things and see if any of them help. Did you feel up inside her vent to see if there is an egg stuck? Did you feel her crop first thing in the morning before she had anything to eat or drink? Did you feel her belly? Without a fecal sample and a vet check, we are all just taking educated guesses, we can't actually give you a diagnosis.
I understand that, I will be trying everything just trying to gather everything so I know what I need. Her vent was fine.

Also if she does have ergot, what are some symptoms I tried looking it up but nothing really popped up.
Egotism in poultry will cause convulsions and sensory neurologic disorders. In laying hens, feed consumption and egg laying will be reduced. I've witnessed it in a few of my pheasants, they had seizures and also the appearance of wry neck immediately following a seizure. It's also a vasoconstrictor, which in the case of your hen you can tell by examining her comb and leg extermities (toes) wattles if male, and around the face, eyelids etc, they will appear to have ruptures (ulcers) that appears crusty in an advanced state.

I'm not saying she has Ergotism but mentioned it as a possibility.
