Is my chicken's wing broken? dislocated? sprained?

My buff orphington will not open her left wing completely. She will lift it slightly to peck under the wing. It appears to be out of alignment? Currently, she is broody and was able to hop up to her nest. She opened her right completely and used it to get to the ladder, but her left wing stayed closed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I dunno, maybe I'm just a townie, but if I think there's something physically wrong with one of my animals, I take them to the vet. I'm not sure why it's not the thing that people do with chickens.
