we just call that egg goop... it's the slimy white or clear stuff that helps eggs out on the vent... sometimes when they are happy to be petted by you they leak the egg goop... It's normal... I'm pretty sure you have a girl....

Maybe she will finally start laying eggs! Our pekin started last week. I am so excited about it. I hope she stays as friendly. She is such a lovable critter. She acts like more like a cat than a bird.
