My dark Brahma bantam is only 4 weeks old and already has a reddish comb with darkening small wattles. I’m really wanting to know if it’s a roo or not. Any guesses?

4 weeks!! Oh yeah, that’s a boy!!! Throw in wattle growth together with that impressive comb, at that age, and I see why you think it’s male!

Yes, it’s pretty prominent and redder than I would expect at only 4 weeks old. The wattles are starting to come in and are pretty dark pink right now...lol

Also it was clarified that my Brahma isn’t a Brahma at all... I was told birches Cochin. The research material given to me adds up, so now it’s just really knowing if I got a boy or girl...lol
