Hahahaha! My mom is such a scaredy cat! She spent a lot of her childhood on a farm and now she is scared to eat the duck egg! "It's not pasteurized!" This from the lady who used to drink milk from the pail that came from the cows!!!

To me it cannot be any fresher than that. I know what my ducks eat so I feel good about eating them. It is funny how we can change as we get older.

If you put a towel over top of that little hidy hole I bet they will even like it better.
