Is my duck sick???

I have 2 Black Swedish ducks in my herd of 10 ducks, and for a month now one of my Black Swedish doesn't look right instead I'd being sleek and smooth her feathers aren't water proof anymore, and they are dirty and brown, and they fall out easily, and underneath her wings she doesn't have feathers in some spots, I may just kill her just in case. The drakes still breed her so I was thinking maybe her oil gland doesn't work and that is why her body looks dirty.

Your drakes are probably overbreeding her and harassing her to the point she is exhausted and not able to preen herself, or maybe she is physically damaged by him.

Instead of culling her, try separating her from the drakes, so she has a chance to heal.

She wouldn't be the first hen to be killed by too many drakes. They generally prefer to breed in water, and when ganging up on one hen, they can actually drown her.
