My duck often has green poops. I haven't thought much about it until I saw someone post that this may be a sign of liver damage. He does eat peas very often (almost daily), and I know that food can change the color of their poop. However, in the mornings, he often has very light pastel green poop. Other than the color, he acts very healthy and happy. I am currently treating him for bumble foot, but the sore is almost gone. He was on antibiotics for it, but has been off the antibiotics for over a week now. He has had green poops prior to the bumble foot treatment. I've attached pictures of his poop from this morning. Am I just an overly worried duck mom?
Thanks in advanced!
I focused on the pastel green part in the picture. There is other green in the picture too, but I know that's from eating peas the night before. Should I be concerned about the pastel green? I see it in his poos only in the mornings - never immediately after he has eaten.
