You have an Easter Egger pullet.
I haven’t seen that behavior in young pullets, but they can be vocal.Yay! Is it normal for them to cluck to let the others know they have found food?

I suppose? but I've never heard of a pullet treating other pullets. Strange behavior.I also believe she is the head pullet of the gang. Would a leed hen kind of Take on the roll of a rooster and find food for the others?
She looks like a pullet except for the faintest shoulder coloring (some of mine are getting it too at a similar age so I'm be perplexed as well) but it is odd that she's tidbitting[/QUOTE
I think I will wait till he or she is 10-12 weeks of age, then I will post more pics if I don’t know by then.
