Is my EE a pullet or roo?

That looks like a rooster to me. I see hackles, saddles, and irredescent sickle feathers. His colouring is unique for an EE. I haven't seen too many Columbian EEs. He's a good-looking fellow!
 
Sorry hun the consensus is rooster and I have to agree, from my own experience that is a little cockerel........... Kimhens look like this at that age...

You've got a 100% cockerel on your hands. He has sharp hackles, saddle feathers, and sickles. I can wager from you calling him a "chicken" that you have no name for him, yes? If so, I have a name suggestion if that's okay: Oliver.
