Is my EE pullet a roo?

I thought all of my EE's were pullets but was hoping that I was wrong and would eventually find a roo in there, I am horrible at telling the difference if it is not obvious... but I noticed that my 12 week old here has a larger comb than the rest. Can someone help me out please? THANK YOU!

It has a big comb and seems to have the start of some saddle feathers.
