IS MY EGG DEAD???URGENT HELP

Yeah I hand turn mine to. You don't really wanna drop them of course but no turning them the way you are will not hurt them.

Sorry I'm asking SOOO MANY QUESTIONS just don't wanna take ANY chances my last batch got wasted cuz of little chances I took
-I didn't know how to candle so I broke them to see progress that I know is extremely rude mean cruel but I had no idea I wasn't expecting eggs
-no humidity
-no proper heat control just put them in a heat pad no idea what temp or any thing
Very casual last time so this time I got an incubator candled them and every thing proper

I don't mind ask as many questions as you want and I will do my best to answer them! So you have your temp and everything all set and good now?

Did you know you can candle them with just a flashlight? That's what I use. My brother made me a candler but I like the ease of a flashlight much better!

Egg-cellent!

Ps I have this mini dove that's like a finger small she laid an egg and I put it incubator cuz other parrots would break it cuz the egg is like as small as a pupil of our eye and so it's day 2 and I see veins and a clear pumping heart is it ok to keep both the type of eggs together in one incubator?

Unfortunately I do not know the answer to that one. I have never incubated any other kind of egg besides duck chicken and quail. I might would post this question in the Other Backyard Poultry section for real experience.

I just googled it though and this is what I learned. Dove eggs take around 15 days to incubate and the temp should be 101 and the humidity 51%. Sounds just like a chicken egg! Are you going to hand rear it?
