Is my flock molting or are they sick?

my chickens started losing feathers back in march and are still losing feathers now. How long until they start growing feathers again?? Im concerned they won't have feathers by the time winter is here again! Also I noticed I have a couple of hens plucking and eating each others feathers...should I be concerned? Could my hens be sick? They are all eating and drinking normally, and still laying eggs, no worms in their poop, but the feather plucking and eating has me concerned

Do you have a rooster? Those are his favorite hens when he mounts them he rubs off some feathers as long as they don't bleed their fine.

Do you have a rooster? Also, check for mites around the vent area. To try and prevent feather picking by providing more protein, space, and activities for your hens.

No roosters, I did check for mites, no signs of that.
