Is my gander a bully?

Hello. I just have a question to all the experience people. The last couple of days my Gander has been climbing on the back of my female geese but not in the proper way. And every time I come home they are full of blood. Is he making them bleed? Is this normal behavior? I've never had a gander before.

I just have to say young ganders are not very smart. Hormones seem to take over there brains and they have to experiment till they find the target. So if its a young gander, Might just be some grow up moments. Gushing blood Id be consered about but opps I broke a blood feather (dose cause allot of blood) would call that grow up moments.
