Is my giant cochin a rooster?

I was told she was pullet (99% chance, anyway), but she started crowing and doing the "shuffle dance" to anything not bolted to the ground😅
Bagel is 6 months old

He is without a doubt a cockerel. Aside from the crowing and shuffling, you can tell by his large combs and wattles, long wispy hackle and saddle feathers, and the red shoulders.

Even hatcheries aren't that accurate.. sometimes not even with their sex links or autosexing breeds due to human error and mix ups that occur.

I agree with the first poster.. he's got gender specific pointy saddle feathers flowing nicely that confirm he's indeed a cockerel.. you know, aside from the behavior you've already witnessed..

While hens can crow, grow spurs, tidbit (often for chicks) and may even mount another hen out of dominance.. I haven't YET seen a pullet actually do the wing shuffle dance.
