The only sure sign will be when her udder starts to fill out

We definitely need a little more information - as debiraymond said, is there a buck she's been exposed to? When?

Many times a goat that is too fat will look round after they've eaten a lot of browse or hay. Once their rumen works that into cud and they digest it, their rumen goes back down to a normal size. However, if she is pregnant, the kid will be located on her right side and that side would remain larger than the left side.

@ Bear Foot - building an udder is a great sign for sure, but there have been many cases of a precocious udder - that's when a doe bags up with good, usable milk without being pregnant.
