Is my hen a rooster?

Hello,
I have a polish hen that it seems might be a rooster. Today it crowed not a perfect one but it did it a few times. It was about 10:30 this morning. This one seems to be developing a lot quicker then my hens, and does seem to have the buds on legs for talons.

How old is it? I'm thinking it might be a boy with those wild looking feathers on it's head. Can you get a closer picture of it?

Do you mean spurs?
Talons are 'toenails'.
All chickens have spur buds.
Pics of legs would help too.
