I’m a newbie and have four 13-week old hens. These 2 used to look identical but i’m seriously beginning to think Sassy here is actually a rooster. Can you tell?

Whatta Sassy Boy! A pretty boy too. Truth be told ~most~ roosters crow only a couple times daily and with a gift of some free eggs periodically, your neighbors might turn a deaf ear. It wouldn't hurt to ask them.
