Is my hen a rooster?!

Hi! I’m new to raising chickens and I live in a residential neighborhood. I recently got rid of my rooster but not I have what I thought was a hen crowing even more frequently than he was, eventually I will get complaints on it. She doesn’t look like a rooster to me or at least what my other rooster looked like, and she wasn’t crowing until after he left.

Where are you located? He’s very cute! Sorry you have to get rid of him
