I just noticed this a couple days ago, but im pretty sure that my hen is blind. She walks into EVERYTHING and can't find the food, even tho its right in front of her face. She is never with her flock, maybe because she can't see them? I also noticed that when its time for the chickens to go in and roost in their coop, she is the only one outside and it was dark, and she was roaming through the yard! The darkness didn't seem to bother her at all. And, she is really wobbly and it seems hard for her to stand on her own two feet. The other chickens pick on her, too. She was sick a couple months ago, but that was when she didn't seem like she was blind. I hatch chickens, and she was one of them. She was fine when she was a chick, but she isn't anymore. Can someone please help me? Is my hen blind? What can i do to help her? Thank you for any information!
