Is my hen going broody

My hen has started sitting in the corner and picking up bits of bedding from around her and looks as though she is trying to cover herself or make a nest is this a sign of her going broody,she is still laying and in with another hen and a cockerel,

I'm new to the broody thing but my hens would try to cover themselves even before they were definitley broody. They would also scream like a little banshee if I tried to move them. lol!

My hens cover themselves with bits of shavings all of the time, but they were not broody.

I would just watch her for about a week or so, when my broody was getting ready she sat in her nest for longer periods of time everyday and she quit laying. She too would squawk alot...
