So my hen here has a very stubby tail and is losing the feathers on her head. Just wanted to ask if this was a molting thing because my rooster's neck feathers have thinned, and his tail is stubby too.
I just want to make sure they don't have lice or anything.
They're both the only ones with very visible feather loss, and both adults.
Here's a picture of my hen's face. Let me know if you guys need anymore.

Definitely check for mites and lice.

Check under wings, under the vent, etc. Also do a checking at night.

Can you post some photos of all of her and the rooster?
Sorry, haven't been active in a while. That hen with the swollen face and lacking feathers has since been fine now and has regrown all her feathers.
On the other hand, I have another hen who's not doing too well.
My other hen (Momo) is acting lethargic and very quiet. Completely opposite from her personality because she's usually pretty noisy. Momo also seems to be operating very slowly and has watery diarrhea.
I posted about it more in detail on my newest thread.
