Is my hen molting?

My X battery hen Maxi has recently lost all the feathers on her belly and bum and her wings look scruffy as well. Her bum is also very red and saw looking. Is this just a molt or something else?

Sounds like molting but also something else as the red bum
takes it in a different direction so I would look real close and
move the feathers around and look for little crawly things

I cant seem to find anything crawling. Could gapeworm be the problem? I think she might have it so i have wormed the flock.

Gapeworm doesnt cause feather loss nor redness on the rear end. Inspect her for lice/mites, especially around the vent area. Molt is a possibility. Feather picking can be an issue as well.
