Is my hen okay?

My hen has been sitting a lot lately in random places and sometimes on the nest. All her belly feathers are missing. She seems fine other than the fact that her feathers are gone and every time I look outside she's sitting. I have some pictures here does anyone know what might be wrong or if this is normal? She doesn't seem to be walking funny at all and she still has an appetite. Thanks! Oh additional note, her belly skin has a bit of a scabby consistency

Your hen is broody. You can obtain chicks or hatching eggs for her to raise, try to break her (isolation in a wire cage is best), or if it isn't bothering you, wait it out. A broody hen will sit, pluck her breast, eat less, and cease laying until she's broken/gives up.
