If she is broody then she is not sick and she is just broody. If you do not plan on using her to hatch eggs you will need to break her broodiness. Here are a few articles on breaking a broody hen.

Are you in the US? Different products are available in different countries to treat mites. The good news is that they are easy to treat and your chicken will be feeling much better quickly!
