Is my hen sick?

We gave her a bath last night with epsom salt and let her sleep it off in our warm basement. She’s pooping and has been. I did check her vent and wasn’t able to feel any eggs. It does appear she has vent gleet. Not sure what to do now...
Can you post some photos of her vent?
I would still check the crop first thing in the morning to make sure it's empty.
Vent Gleet is a yeast / fungal infection of the Cloaca (vent) she would have a white pasty discharge along with a foul yeasty smell.
Sometimes leakage from a reproductive disorder or even prolapse could be mistaken for vent gleet.
If she is messy, wash her up and apply an anti-fungal cream. Make sure she's got fresh feed and clean water.
