Is my home-made laying hen food recipe balanced properly?

I have laying hens (no roos) and I make home-made food, I'm wondering if it meets all their nutritional needs?

NOTE: They have constant access to oyster shells for calcium, I just don't mix it in their food. Also, could I feed this to my pullets? They are 2ish weeks old right now.

RECIPE: (17.8% protein I think)
  • 20 lbs Whole Oats
  • 20 lbs Black Oil Sunflower Seeds
  • 10 lbs Flax Seeds
  • 10 lbs Split Peas
  • 5 lbs Sesame Seeds
Edit: Here is a picture of the food:

Hello there! I am not yet an expert on everything but I do also mix my own feed and try to so some research on all the ingredients before adding them to my mix. Oats can apparently start blocking nutrient absorption when you add too much so I would not go higher than 10% of the feed consisting of oats and maybe check the fat in your feed as well since it seems quite high to me.

On the more specific nutrients like amino acids and vitamins I can't speak here but I think your feed is definitely lacking in a few of them, perhaps adding more grain and variety of ingredients can help with that.
