is my incubator to humid?

I just opened my incubator to take some water out, and there wasn't any water in it. How can the humidity be that high if there isn't any water in it?

My incubator has red plugs too. Should i remove them?

Im on day 4. My temp is about 98 and humidity at 30%. Im trying to get the humidity to go up. It seems like the humidity randomly changes. Whats up with this?

I don't have the red plugs in but the humidity is still very high. Its at 65 percent now. Is 65 a little better?
