do you think my yoko went broody? lmao im not sure. shes been like this all day now, i just thought that Japanese rarely go broody lol

update!! because my japanese went broody my silkie is now in there "helping" lol she just lovess being broody.

lmao. she cant fit anymore. she has so many duck eggs and chicken eggs that are under her because i havent collected in a while. LOL. those she somehow tucked them. there all in fertile! so im trying to get some fertile eggs

another question i have is are japanese chickens good broodiers? because i dont want to start eggs and have her flip out. i have been poking her daily with a stick to see if she goes after it and she does without getting up LOL i think shes pretty determined.

I don't know specifically about Japanese, but in my experience breeds that aren't likely to go broody will only be like this for a day or two.
