Is my lady actually a rooster?

I awoke to a VERY loud bird this morning. Ran out to the coop and let the ladies out. Followed them for a minute and sure enough, Miss Puff Cheeks let out this really loud noise. It wasn't a cockadoodledoo but it sure was loud. "She's" 9 weeks old and was in no distress. Do you think she might be a he? Thanks for your help. These are my first chickies so I know almost nothing...
