Is my little 7-week-old chicken a rooster?

3 days ago, one of our 7-week-old chickens started trying to crow in the morning. it's a pretty sad crow, but definitely is a crow. She/he's an ameraucana. photos attached. He/she is a handsome devil.Is she a he? Any suggestions for rehoming in Northern California? We can't keep roosters where we live.

Well in the first bird photo you posted, it is obvious as the comb is large with 3 rows and red and the bird has red patterning on the shoulders, which is a cockerel sign in EEs.
This second bird is too young to tell. Nothing is indicating a cockerel at this time. May change though.
