Is my Muscovy sick?

Hi All,
I am quite worried about my female Muscovy. She is spending all day in the pen. She's not off her food.
She's just had an issue with Bumblefoot. I don't know if it's still that, or I'm making a mountain out of a molehill.
She had her foot bandaged for 2 weeks (1 because she was treated for Bumblefoot, then the 2nd because when the Vet took the bandage off, it looked like nothing had changed....and she found water).
She was fine for about a week. Now, all she does is sit in the pen (like she's nesting), but I don't have any nest. I thought she was just broody. But she hasn't laid any eggs today.
Today, she's a little more vibrant, and she had a big play in the pools. She would jump from one to the other.
She used to just roam the backyard, grazing in the gardens, but the last few days, she seems to have a play, then go right back to the same spot in the pen and sits there.
When she sits in there, I'm worried that something's wrong, then when she gets up and runs from pool to pool, I think she's fine.
I'm hoping someone can help me decipher what's going on with her?

It could be the infection has worsened. Was there any other treatment besides bandaging? Ideally, the bandages need to be changed daily and neosporin should be applied. Plus, she should have had limited access to water - only so she could stick her head in. Which means, you have to limit it for all your ducks.
Have you checked her over for any swelling, pests, molting?

She's only just stopped laying eggs. She didn't lay today or yesterday. I'm thinking she's broody, but she'll come out have a play for about 15-20 minutes, then she'll go back to her same spot (in between the food bowls and the auto feeder) and she'll just sit. She'll re-position herself and just sit.
I have an appointment with the Vet. I just need to be sure.

That's the thing. After the 1st 7 days with the bandage, I kept both Ducks inside (she hated me). Went to Vet and when they took off the bandage, she came back with Ammy and asked if it looked better/worse/the same. To be honest it looked like the Vet had just wacked a bandage on and charged me over $600.
The Vet took her away again, gave her a local in the foot, then picked off the scab, she said it was looking pretty good. She rebandaged and another 5-7 days. Unfortunately, she found a tub of water and jumped right in. I grabbed her out and took her straight to the Vet to get another bandage.
After that, got the 3rd bandage off and she was right as rain. But now she just sits in her pen, comes out once or twice a day, then goes right back to the same spot. When she does come out, she runs around, jumping from pool to pool, then grazes a bit, then squeaks and goes back to the pen.
A side note: She does have a fascination with my gumboots, she keeps biting at them, she'll also treat them as an egg and tries to put them under her.

They can be so nutty when broody.
When my Muscivy are broody when they come outside for about 15-20 min each day they remind me of sumo wrestlers the way they puff themselves up and walk around like they want to kick butt. Well one will kick butt if she can catch my rooster. So far all she has been able to do is chase him. lol
