Is my new chicken a frizzle or frazzle?

I got this roo a few weeks ago, he's about 4 months old now. I'm wanting to breed him with my silkies, but if he's a frazzle I know that's just not humane. Not sure if it's possible to tell at this age but it's worth asking! Thanks

I have very little knowledge of these breeds but I have a question about genetics. Obviously a frazzle is not ethical to breed FOR, but wouldn't a frazzle still just contribute 1 copy of the frizzle gene & therefore, when bred to a regular chicken, make frizzles, not more frazzles? Unless you mean the rooster should be culled if it is a frazzle (which is definitely valid).
