Is my nugget and pullet or roo

In the exact same boat! Except I was told my unsexed GL Wyandotte was a female black Australorp, so mine is also the same age as yours and looks identical to yours, with bright red comb and wattle appearing at about 4 weeks. Mine is calm and friendly, but chased down and challenged a barking Labrador yesterday so now I’m having my doubts.

Mine don’t really chase anything it’s just does it’s own thing don’t fight with other chicks actually gets alone we’ll and my bantam roo tried to get with it lol

Mine gets along with the seven other mixed breed pullets, and has never shown any aggression until my in-law’s dog showed up. All the other babies ran back into the coop while this dog incessantly barked at them. Except for “Big Mama” as we call “her” since she was the largest and fastest growing of the group.

I’ll be following this thread to see if you have any new developments. I’ll be curious to see the final outcome.

I also have a roo that she gets alone with and I will post more pics as she gets older my big roo takes care of all my babies and she is his favorite lol
