I have a 2 month old Olive Egger (the white one). I'm pretty sure it's a roo, but why doesn't it have a comb? It was the biggest chick, slow to feather, and the boss of the group. He has the neck feathers too. He does the chest bump fight with my Isbar (gray one with orange chest) Is she a roo too? Pls help!

Your olive egger has a pea comb, so will be harder to tell gender for sure until older... your Isbar is a roo, and if the black one is same age, I'm pretty sure it's a roo too...

Yikes! I can't keep if roosters! The BCM still has a yellow comb, so I'm hoping it's a pullet, but did get a comb earlier. They are all the same age- got them at a week old. I'm still baffled at their size difference. The tiny one is an Americauna and JUST started feathering! She better be a pullet! Thank u for your input. I'm a newbie on chickens.

I have black copper marans and even though their combs are large and do tend to pop up quicker than others, with the pink I see in base of its comb at 2 months I still think roo... sorry...
