Is my partidge chick a Sizzle?

He/she is feathering in now he/she is about 3 weeks old and unlike my white chick whos feathering is straight my partidge chick curls up at the ends on the wings and feet. I had a sizzled roo but got rid of him he was only with 1 of my hens for about a week. So I am thinking this little one is from my partidge sizzle roo. Also if he/she turns out to be a girl which color would I pair her with. Buff? or black?

ok, so he/she is just a frizzle silkie? Ok thats fine too..lol Just as long as he/she was frizzled was all that matter to me.

Also another question is what color would I match her with if she is a girl? I only have a white pen a black pen a gray pen and a buff pen???

Grey is your closest match. Genetically grey & partridge are the same except that grey is silver and partridge is gold.

Yes I am striving for pure colors. Yes the chick is from my birds. I had a partidge fizzled roo I raised up from kentuckysilkies. I had one of my black hens with him about a week before rehoming him when I began to seperate my pens by colors. I didn't have any colors to match him so I rehomed him. I collect eggs from my black hen while with my frizzled and hatched this little chick from one of the eggs. So I should get a partidge roo for the chick if it is a hen? I have heard some put partidge with buff.

If you're breeding for pure varieties, the only colors that can be mixed are blue, black, and splash. All others must be kept seperate.
