Is my Pekin hen sick?

Silly question really, I think she is. She’s got a rattle and a bit of a cough. Eating well though. Back story, she was incredible ill in January, wasn’t eating or drinking. Wormed and gave her amprolium for suspected coccidiosis. After about 8 weeks she was better but not back to her old self, started leaving the coop and again and pecking around. Now she is back to not leaving the coop, but is still eating well. She is odd now though, pecks next to the food sometimes so I have to move her to the food (I have likened her to HayHay from Moana if any of you have children). Sorry for long post, just looking for any advice. I’ve started her on broad spectrum antibiotic, any other suggestions?

In the picture her pupil looks cloudy. Is it that way to you when you look are her in light? That could be the reason she is not seeing well. That can be from a respiratory disease or cataract. Rattly breathing could be respiratory or if crop contents are coming up into the throat. How does her crop feel? Is it empty very early in the morning before she eats or drinks?
