Is my Polish a girl or a boy?? its a boy!!! it crowed

Oh Neat!! I am happy about her. I have been wanting to take her to a bird show as well with the 2 roosters.

I was just bothered that it might be a boy. I have not heard her Crow yet. So thats a good sign :-D hehe

The ones I know for sure are boys are really Spikey. I also have a Frizzle Polish Rooster. He is the Prettiest bird I have ever seen. To bad I can't keep it. :) The crest on him is even biiger then the "Pullet" Pictured above.

never_ending_fermata is right!!!! Its a boy!! :-(

I ended up with no girls!!
I am bumbed out now

I happened to let it out of the brooder and in a matter of minutes it crowed!!

I dunno any more :-D
I do better with sexing the Silkies then Polish lol
if I had to give a guess I am going to say Roo.

But when It crows or lays an egg then you will know :p
Try Looking and see if it has a comb or 2 horns coming in.

Mine is pretty much a late bloomer and a midget :p

Oh yeah its a real crow. It did that whole streching neck thing. Plus it is now starting to get that Rooster crest.

Full blown Crow. The roosters will even crow after only 2 weeks.

So if you think you herd it crow and trying to push out the possibility. Then Most likely it is a boy.
Thats what happened with me :-D

A Cockeral crowing sounds like a Big Rooster on Helium lol
Very sqeeky and high pitched. But After a few times of them doing it then they get better. Then you start to hear it really come out in full swing.

Now I have 3 crowing Cockerals in my house!! they start from early in the morning till it gets dark.

They are going to be put outside when it gets warmer. Then they will be shipped out to a new home.

I wanted a pullet!!! lol
